Beautiful, luxurious, beachfront, Mexican villa recently updated and redecorated, consisting of a main house and a guest house which can comfortably accommodate a group of 14 to 16 people. The main house features a living-dining room area that opens onto a covered arcade for outdoor dining with a view of the gardens and the beach. It has a large media room with DSL, widescreen TV with DVD player as well as free unlimited VOIP calling to the US and Canada, satellite service and stereo.
The main house also features 5 bedrooms, 5 and one-half baths. There are four upstairs bedrooms: master has jacuzzi tub, shower and private balcony facing the ocean. Second master bedroom has a private bath with shower and private balcony facing the ocean. The other 2 upstairs bedrooms have balconies facing the pool area. The downstairs bedroom opens onto the pool terrace and it has good handicap access. The guest house features two bedrooms, two baths with shower and a kitchenette. This small house is only rented along with the main house, never separately.

All the bedrooms in the property feature a king size bed and private bath. There are minisplit air conditioners throughout. The property has a large tiled swimming pool with jacuzzi jets. The gardens in the property are beautiful and perfectly maintained. Maids, cook, gardener and bilingual manager are included in rental price. Just 5 minutes to Los Flamingos Golf Club. International airport (PVR) within 20 minutes.
